Living with Myself in Memory
This body of work is a collection that I have done within my second year at SVA. It
features photographs of not only friends, family and Strangers but also photographs that hold
emotion to me. This year I have dealt with alot of loss, leaving me to confront emotions I had
long been avoiding. My art is a reflection of who I am as a photographer, and throughout my
sophomore year I've become more personal within my art. Many if not all of these photographs
represent a special moment of emotion I went through this year; whether positive or bittersweet.
The photographs are all unique in their own way, yet they all are tied back to the memory of
emotions.
